Profile a ActiveRain Member - Noah Seidenberg
For the 2017 ActiveRain Jumpstart Challenge sponsored by Lynn Friedman, one item on her Maxi Checklist is to profile a Active Rain member. I’ve chosen to write about my virtual friend Noah Seidenberg . Noah is an agent with Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC in Evanston IL. His market area is Chicago and Suburbs but his primary concentration is Evanston and the Northern Chicago Suburbs.
I had the pleasure to speak with Noah this week as I had never spoken to him in the past. We had a very good conversation and it was like we had known each other for several years. We have several areas of commonality with one being we both grew up in the Chicago area.
Like many Real Estate professionals, Noah started his career in the electronics business as he got an AA degree in Electronics from DeVry University after he obtain a bachelor degree from University of Illinois Chicago Circle campus. He also has worked in the computer consulting field prior to becoming a Real estate agent. Noah has been an agent for about 15 years now.
Noah has a long list of of Real Estate specialities which can be viewed on his Active Rain profile page. I have no doubt whatsoever Noah is very proficient in each of these areas listed.
Noah told me excellent news as in 2015 he was in the top ten of agents in his Coldwell Banker office of over 120 agents and during 2016 Noah was in the Top Five. Wow and huge shout out to my friend Noah for his continuing success.
I asked Noah is his favorite part of being a successful and expert Realtor. He said his favorite part is helping first time home buyers. He loves to educate all of his clients and especially folks who are unfamiliar with the process and are not yet thinking they are experts. I agree as First Time home buyers are fun to work with and help.
I also asked Noah what he liked to do for fun and or hobbies when he is not working diligently for one of his clients. I already knew from reading his post for a fairly long time he loves music of all types and genres. He inherited the love of music from his dad. He loves to spend time with his wife Margie. He enjoys hiking and walking and is an avid photographer. I am not sure how he gets time to do all of this stuff but he makes the time. Life is way too short not to have fun and relax.
His philosophy for prospecting real estate clients is not the old traditional method but he harvests clients from the internet and gets many return clients plus several referrals. I have the same prospecting approach but mine is nowhere near as successful as Noah’s.
If you do not Follow Noah on Active Rain then I suggest you do so and the follow up by reading his posts plus writing comments.
We told each other we would need to meet sometime for dinner with both Yolanda and Margie when we hopefully ( God Willing) make it to Chicago.
