Very nice report for the Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort housing marketing. I would imagine it's a popular place to buy for both vacation as well as investment homes. And with the variety of prices it seems there is something for most budgets. Hope you sell a few!

Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort must be just beautiful this time of the year and skiers must be thrilled! Photographers must have their cameras charged ready to take fast action photographs and capture the essence of Mother Nature's tranquility. I'm sure Halley loves the snow just as much as kids and loves to drag you around so you don't miss a thing! You're both good observers of life! Did you get to see the Northern Lights?  I was lucky enough to see it and it ranks high on my best life adventures.

PS...I may not have been quite so optimistic as I was shoveling snow and breaking ice from roofs in the recent single digit weather !

Your prices are pretty reasonable for a ski condo. This is great information to share with buyers in your area. 

How is the market for ski condos. Of course there are some places in Colorado where they sell quickly.

Hello Debbie,  Extremely reasonalbe prices.  I feel Schweitzer still a hidden gem when considering ski resort condo's or homes.  Added bonus of Sandpoint City and Lake Pend Oreille only 9 miles down the hill.  Year round fun for the less price than what most ski condo's sell with no lake near by.  Thanks for stopping by Debbie Laity , always good to hear from you.  M
