Spring Katy Home and Garden Show January 28 - 29, 2017
The Merrell Center and Robinson Pavilion will be the home to the Spring Katy Home & Garden Show on Saturday January 28 and Sunday January 29, 2017. There will be over 300 different exhibits in both buildings in two buildings covering 2 floors . The show will include exhibits covering home improvement, remodeling, decorating, windows, kitchens & baths, heating & cooling, flooring, granite, home theater, siding, pools & spa’s, home decor, sealing products, blinds & shutters and landscaping themes. This is the 11TH annual holding of this fine show.

The Merrell Center is easy to find as just head west on I-10 and exit at FM 1463 and turn north or right assuming you are heading west or left if heading east. The Merrell Center is located very close to the Katy ISD administrative buildings.
The hours are: Saturday January 28, 2017 10AM - 6 PM; Sunday January 29, 2017 from 11 AM - to 5 PM. Ticket prices are $9.00 for adults; Seniors $8.00; Military $5.00 ( with military ID) ; and Kids 12 & under FREE. Parking is FREE. The facility adds $1 charge per ticket in additional to the price shown.
This Home Show allows folks to do comparison shopping with several different vendors who will be in attendance and they will answer your questions. You will be able to examine new products and maybe find some really good deals. Invest in your home now as it really pays off especially for the homes for sale Katy, Texas market area . Learn new stuff about your home from several experts in their areas of expertise.
Free food sampling will be available in the pavilion and there is a special Pet Neighborhood, Home Decor marketplace, ask a Master Gardener and many more attractions. Promoters are telling attendees to bring an appetite as you will experience a true taste of Texas by visiting the several different food booths.
DIY Network's Chris Lambton who appears on the show “Yard Crashers” will be the featured performer. Chris should be an interesting and funny person to hear speak about his ideas.

I have been told by folks each year this is excellent show to attend, learn and enjoy. The show includes many products for one to see and numerous exhibitors and exhibits to learn new techniques. The prices are family friendly, the vendors are obviously eager to earn your business and people here in Katy for the most part,especially in Old Katy, are very friendly.
