Belinda Spillman Knows Her Market!

Belinda Spillman sells real estate in the Denver-Aurora area and surrounding communities.   I am also in Colorado, and I like reading her posts to see what is happening in Denver..  The Denver real estate market has a special connection for me. Denver is where I got my real estate license in 1984 and I worked in the same areas as Belinda. 

What I notice about Belinda, is that she is committed to being the best and most informed real estate agent she can be.  Reading  Belinda's posts, she talks about her market with actual statistics and links to listings.  Belinda also mixes in information about the communities and events with a little humor now and then.  It seems like Belinda doesn't miss a day of posting!

Denver's real estate market is quite different than my market, as I am on the Western Slope in a smaller town.  We are surrounded by agriculture, recreational opportunities, and a slower pace.

Grand Junction is known to attract retirees and a good percentage of my business comes from people living Denver, that want to move but yet stay in Colorado.  The clients I have worked with had already connected with a real estate agent to sell their home prior to contacting me. 

Even though I have not met Belinda personally, I would feel very confident in recommending her to any potential clients. I do visit Denver several times a year, one of these days I'll give Belinda a call and will stop by to meet her!
