Barbara lives, works and promotes real estate in the Franklin MA area. Real estate has served her well as a successful listing agent with a focus on land and new construction. With nearly 40 years in this industry, she is now marketing for The Todaro Team with her daughter Tammy Todaro as its leader.
Barbara Todaro provides both online and offline marketing for the team members and if you follow her you know she believes that you must “market like you mean it”. Her “the eye buys” philosophy is evident in the extensive exposure she provides for her team and their listings.
She has an impressive record of success underscored by the listing and closing of 40 subdivisions. Her desire to be on top of her business and be truly-in-the-know led her to obtaining the Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License.
She is vigilant in making sure her team and their listings get full exposure by consistently “getting out the word”. Her modus operandi is so consistent, I have have used the phrase “Rinse...Repeat” often when commenting on her marketing posts. Like clockwork, Barbara is committed to success and she has an amazing ability to share her winning ways. This "back to basics" philosophy is more than just words. It is not brain surgery...it’s simple...and achievable...when it is put into action. You know...Rinse...Repeat.
While I have never met or even spoken to Barbara, I feel as if I know her through her words and what she shares. Virtually her voice speaks to me clearly and concisely. If you don’t follow her --- and I can’t believe there is anyone reading this who doesn’t - you should do so. Now.

She is close to her family including new great grandbaby and New England Patriot fan Caleb.
