Nancy Laswick - Business Success and

For Debbie Reynolds' 2017 Ringing and Singing Challenge, I had the pleasure of speaking to Nancy Laswick from Phoenix, AZ.
Nancy and her husband, Scott, work together as a team - balancing the day-to-day tasks between them. With his help, Nancy works hard at Real Estate and still finds time to pursue her creative interest - Quilting.

In early 2011 she received the Arizona Quilters Hall of Fame Award. Nancy even found time to devote to the organization. She is a Past President of the Phoenix Area Quilters Association and is currently responsible for the association's newsletter and web site.
Nancy said, "Quilting is creative and relieves the stress from my real estate work. I get to make beautiful things. I even do baby quilts for my Clients - love sharing them."
Even on Facebook, you see Nancy's interest in Quilting - her cover photo is a section of a King Size Quilt she designed and made.
Now that we covered the important personal things in Nancy's life - Scott and Quilting - let's look at her real estate career.
Associated with United Realty in Phoenix, AZ, Nancy Laswick uses her training to guide her Clients through the sometimes challenging process of buying and selling a home. Nancy earned accreditations such as Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation, Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation designation and as an e-PRO in Internet Marketing.
"My parents and my sister were real estate professionals," Nancy said. "When I started my career in 2003, they were always available to give
me advice and offer support as I developed my skills. I have only one rule to follow as it covers everything, every day -
When it comes to serving my clients the 'Golden Rule' is my only rule."
