Real estate activity has been slow in the Pioneer Place neighborhood. I believe that is mainly due to the lack of homes that have been on the market. This is a great neighborhood near the high school and not too far away from the hospital.
At this time there are no homes on the market. - In 2016 five homes sold. Two of them were bank owned homes that needed work. They sold for way less than market value. Of the three remaining sales, one was a manufactured home that sold for $138,000 and the other two sales were traditional construction homes. The average sales price for them was $165,500.
- No homes sold in all of 2015.
Throughout Delta the inventory of homes currently on the market is very low. Buyer activity is fairly high, so that means that now is a great time to list your home.
If you are giving some thought to selling your home, then maybe it's time to consult with a real estate professional. There are things that need to be taken into consideration to make sure that selling is right for you. I would be happy to listen and answer any questions you might have.
