With the newest and best restaurants opening up by the week, a giant Safeway & ample luxury apartment buildings it seems to be where the Millenial Generation is flocking to. Outfitted with rooftop pools and high-end liquor stores there is plenty of fun to be had by residents. For the most part, this area is apartments, but there are a couple condo buildings that often have units available too.
