55+ Community in Franklin TN -Windsor Park at Fieldstone Farms
Windsor Park is one of the few 55+ Communities in Middle TN where you 
can actually walk to shopping, restaurants and the grocery store. The Publix Shopping center is directly across the street from the neighborhood. In this center you'll find one of the popular Brick's Cafes, a bank, other shops and restaurants.
Next to the neighborhood is the Fire Station with a Walgreens on the other side of that. So much so close, you hardly need the car.
Windsor Park is located within, and is part of, the Fieldstone Farms subdivision. Just off Hillsboro Road in the northern part of Franklin. Owners have access to the Fieldstone Farms Pool, workout room and tennis.
The Williamson County Rec Center is just down the street and downtown Franklin is just minutes away. The Franklin Trolley passes through the neighborhood and can take you to all of the most popular places in the Franklin Community, including Cool Springs Galleria mall. Cars are truly optional!

Windsor Park was built by Rochford Company between 1997 and 2002. It is a small community with only 86 condominium units. Interesting to know, almost 60% of the units are owned by the original home owner. the Rochford Company is a Nashville Builder that has built condominiums for those retiring in Tennessee for many years.
The condominiums range in size from 1300 - 1700 square feet, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. All of the units have either a one car or two car garage.
Prices in 2016 were in the mid to upper $200,000s.
