Wow. Being a Seller is not like being the seller's Realtor!
I have painted (the paint will never get out of my hair), removed half the furniture, 3/4's of the paintings, all of the rugs and got rid of a husband. It's now okay to come to my open house!

If you or your buyers are in need of a place for an extended family, this is that place! I have been painting, spackling, moving furniture.... all day (for the past week) and am exhausted. I refuse to describe the place again.... write to me with questions.

I thought I would live out my life here but alas, Peter came back into my life and he lives in Philadelphia.
