Listing prices have steadily increased in the last six months on  home prices in Pooler.  Realtors in the Savannah area  don’t expect things to slow down anytime soon. Knowing and understanding the current Pooler Georgia real estate market  is essential to making an informed decision about buying or selling a home in the Chatham county area.  As you can see from the graph below, in January,  listings started  selling very close to asking price. The list price to sales price ratio in January was 98.9%. We have similar prices to your area, Michelle.  Our absorption rate is far less though - in fact, we have very little inventory and can't wait for 'spring' sellers to get their homes LISTED!  Our buyers are chomping at the bit to find a home!
