Top Ranked Placer County Realtor | Five Consecutive Years In Top 10%

2016 is the fifth consecutive year I have been ranked in the top 10% of all local brokers and Realtors in both Placer and Sacramento Counties. I just barely missed the Masters Club my first full year in 2011. For 2016 the requirement to be in the Masters Club was $4.5M in volume with at least 8 sales. In 2016 I had $7.5M in volume with 22 sales. My volume was 67% above the required amount to be ranked in the top 10% of all brokers and Realtors.

During 2016 I also received recognition from Keller Williams Realty International and received a Gold Medallion based on my production. A minimum of $180,000 in Gross Commission is required to qualify for a Gold Medallion. I have received a Gold Medallion for production in two out of the last three years.

During 2016 we also flipped two homes.
