Anna Residential Home Sales For December 2016 Are Lower 13.3%

Recorded houses sold in December 2016 experienced a dip of 13.3% in contrast to last year, with 39 sold total. In Anna there were 566 reported homes sold year to date, and this was an improvement of 19.7% compared to December last year. Projected home sales in December 2016 dropped 2.6%, with 44 projected home sales total this month. The number of projected housing sales year to date in Anna reached 571 total, a hike of 20.7%. Newly listed residential properties this month was down 6.5%, with 29 newly listed residential properties total this month. Year to date there were 628 newly listed properties in the market, and this was a growth of 9.4%. There was a hike of 12.1% in residential properties listed under contract this month in contrast to December last year. There were 37 residential properties listed under contract total this month. Year to date there was a rise of 11.5% in the number of contract listings from last year. There were 551 contract listings total this year. In December 2016 the number of approximate months supply of housing units on the market showed a down-slide of 33.4%, with 1.0 months supply total. In Anna there was a drop of 20.3% in houses for sale on the market this month. There were 47 houses for sale on the market total this month. In Anna there was a fall of 46.8% in the number of days on market until sale in December 2016 relative to December 2015. There were 21 days on market until sale total this month. This month the total percent of original asking price received reached 98.7, a hike of 1.6%. Year to date percent of asking price received in Anna was 98.6 total, an uptick of 0.5%.
