This month in Dallas North the number of real estate sales was at 76, a dip of 18.3% compared to the same time of year last year. In Dallas North year to date residential property sales saw a decrease of 3.1% relative to 2015, with 994 residential property sales this year. In December 2016 in Dallas North projected homes sold was lower 8.2%, with 85 projected homes sold this month. The number of projected units sold year to date subsided 2.2%, with 1003 projected units sold total this year. This month new homes experienced an increase of 33.9%, with 75 newly listed total. Year to date the number of new houses listed in the market was up 8.4%, with 1609 new houses listed in the market this year. In December 2016 there were 60 contract listings, which was a rise of 1.7% from December last year. Houses listed under contract in Dallas North year to date experienced a down-slide of 4.7% in contrast to December last year, with 996 on a contract total this year. Approximate months supply of residential properties on the market this month reached 3.1 total, a growth of 14.4%. Houses for sale in December 2016 gained 10.8%, with 256 houses for sale total this month. Days on market until sale this month improved 44.4% from December 2015, with 70 days on market until sale total this month. In December 2016 the total percent of original list price received underwent an increase of 0.5%, with 93.5 percent total. Year to date the number of percent of original list price received experienced a fall of 0.3%, with 94.5 percent total this year.
