In December 2016 the number of houses sold remained flat in contrast to December last year, with 102.0 houses sold total this month. There were -7.7 recorded homes sold year to date, which was no change compared to last year. In December 2016 projected property sales underwent a hike of 12.4%, with 115 projected total. Year to date in Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek the number of projected housing units sold experienced a down-slide of 6.8%, with 1328 projected total this year. Newly listed residential properties in Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek in December 2016 experienced a drop of 1.1%, with 90 newly listed total. There was a growth of 2% in the number of newly listed homes in the market year to date. There were 1847 newly listed homes in the market total this year. The number of properties listed under contract in Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek this month was up 0% relative to 2015, with 790.0 properties listed under contract this month. The number of listings under contract in Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek year to date had no difference relative to last year, with -9.1 listed on contract total this year. There were 2.7 approximate months supply of houses on the market in December 2016, which was a gain of 29.5%. Residential properties for sale in December 2016 in Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek went up 19.6%, with 299 residential properties for sale this month. In December 2016 the number of days on market until sale in Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek had an increase of 42.6% from last year, with 55 days total. Percent of original asking price received in December 2016 in Dallas Uptown including Oaklawn and Turtle Creek saw a decline of 1.2%, with 95.2 percent of original asking price received total this month.
