There are a lot of reasons someone might want a two bedroom home in the Cedaredge and Surface Creek Area of Delta County. These homes can also be a great alternative to condominium or townhome living. (In this area we don't have a lot of condos or townhomes). It doesn't matter what your reasoning is, because we have a wide variety of two bedroom homes on the market.
Right now there are 14 active listings. No new listings have hit the market since last month's real estate report on two bedroom homes for sale in the Cedaredge area. - Prices start off at $80,000. This is for a trailer that is bank owned. The highest priced listing is $599,900.
- The average list price is $241,706 and the median list price is $222,000.
- House sizes start off small at 720 square feet. The largest two bedroom home is 3238 feet.
- Several of these listings are out of town on at least three acres. Out of town listings generally have a good mountain view.
Throughout Delta County we are seeing a shortage of homes on the market. This means that buyer competition can be high when a new listing comes on the market. This means if you are considering buying a home soon, you will want to know when the new listings come on the market. I can arrange to have you notified when this happens.
