There are only 6 new condo listings for December. Significantly less than last year!
There are less pending sales and more closed sales this year.
Price is still up 4.7%. If you own a condo you will be happy to know that the value of condos is still very high. 92116 is a very desirable neighborhood which right now makes condo living also very popular.
