Single Family Homes 

We had 18 new listings this year compared to 29 new listings last year.

These numbers mean that there are less homes to chose from, which explains why home prices are up 13.5% than last year at this time.  Homes are also selling much faster.  Last year homes took 22 days to sell compared to only 62 days this year!!

Condos 

There are 17 new listings compared to last year which only had 11!

There are a lot more pending sales, but less closed sales.

Price is still up 13%.  If you own a condo you will be happy to know that the value of condos is still very high.  In a city where homes are priced quite high, many families will chose condo living.
