Sales and pricing in this neighborhood have been good for the last two years, and I don't see that changing over the course of 2017. I would be happy to talk with you about the sales and listing information for the last couple of years.
Throughout Delta the inventory of active homes on the market is very low. Buyer activity is fairly high, and I expect to see that increase as the temperatures continue to warm up and we get closer to spring. The laws of supply and demand are at play here. With supply low and demand high, the chances of a quick sale are very real.
