What is the Bank Partnership Program?

SecurityNational Mortgage (SNMC) has developed a partnership program with local banks in order to help expand the home loan products available to their members.

Who can participate?

Banks that have a net worth of at least $10 million and at least three years’ experience originating
residential mortgage loans.

How do banks sign up?

All banks must first submit an application and undergo a robust review before working with SNMC and must be able to pass an annual recertification.

What are some benefits of participating in the Bank Partnership Program?
