Kaiulani 13 is priced at $1.379M since selling for $2,069,070 from the developer in 1/08.

Hale Honu 4B sold for $430K in 3/06 and is on the market for $319K. It was listed previously from 5/07 to 9/08 starting at $495K and reducing to $399K over the life of the listing.

Alii Kai 12G is listed for $429K and last sold in 5/14 for $385K.

Mauna Kai 8A is listed for $440K. This condo sold for $375K in 10/15.

Back on the Market:

Hale Honu 3A came back on the market after being in escrow since 1/28. This condo sold for $145K in 1/02 and is priced at $395K.

Contingent:

Kaiulani 38 found a buyer while listed for $2.490M. The property sold in 5/07 for $2,338,600.

Sales:

Plantation 912 was listed for $509K, it sold for $500K and had been previously purchased for $599K in 10/05.

Mauna Kai 8B sold for $525K while listed for $579K. The prior sale was in 11/07 for $625K.

Priced at $610K, Pali Ke Kua 237 sold for $590K cash. The seller paid $750K in 2/05 for the unit.

Temporarily Withdrawn:

After being on the market for 410 days priced at $469,900, Alii Kai 2201 was withdrawn. The sellers paid $420K in 5/09 for this property.

Price Changes:

Kaiulani 67 made a minor reduction from $807,500 to $805K. The last sale was for $695K in 8/13. Emmalani Court 214 reduced by $20K and is newly priced at $520K. The unit sold for $479K in 12/14.

3967 Aloalii sold for $1.015M in 7/92 and is currently listed for $1.450M.

Contingent:

Priced at $685K, 3812 Iluna Place is in escrow after 116 market days. The sellers paid $510K for the home in 2/10.

3887 Punahele, with a list price of $1.195M, is in escrow. The most recent purchase was for $680 in 11/10.

Sales:

4116 Rooke Place had been listed for $1.130M and sold for $1.055M. The sellers purchased this home for $449K in 5/00.

Withdrawn:

After 29 days, 5141 Iolani Place was withdrawn while listed for $625K. The sellers paid $87,500 in 5/87.

Price Changes:

Iolani Place reduced by $38,900 for a new sales price of $799,900. The seller paid $895K in 10/05 for this home. 5111 Kuhina Place reduced from $1.425M to $1,373,995. The last sale was for $925K in 5/12.

The number to beat for February is 67 homes and here we are only 5 days in and already there are 14 sales. Sounds like February is going to follow in January’s footsteps and be a banner month.
