Frisco Home Sales For December 2016 Are Lower 10.5%

In December 2016 the number of reported homes sold experienced a dip of 10.5% from last year, with 290 sold total. In Frisco year to date property sales recorded experienced an uptick of 0.7% in contrast to December 2015, with 4092 sold total this year. In December 2016 there was an improvement of 0.6% in the number of projected properties sold in Frisco. There were 326 projected properties sold total this month. Year to date projected houses sold in Frisco experienced a growth of 1.5%, with 4128 projected total this year. In December 2016 in Frisco the number of new houses saw an uptick of 16.1%, with 238 new houses total this month. Year to date there was a growth of 7.4% in new homes listed in the market. There were 5218 new homes listed in the market total this year. In Frisco this month the number of homes listed under contract showed a down-slide of 0.9% relative to last year, with 225 under contract total. There was a decline of 0.5% in the number of listings under contract year to date from last year. There were 4097 listings under contract this year. The number of months supply of residential properties on the market in Frisco in December 2016 had an increase of 27.1%, with 1.8 months of supply total. In Frisco the number of houses for sale this month was higher 27.9%, with 609 houses for sale total this month. In Frisco in December 2016 the number of days on market until sale reached 53 total, a climb of 8.8% relative to last year. Percent of list price received this month underwent a drop of 0.4%, with 96.5 percent total. The number of percent of asking price received year to date in Frisco was 97.7, a drop of 0.9%.
