In December 2016 the number of reported homes sold experienced a dip of 10.5% from last year, with 290 sold total. In Frisco year to date property sales recorded experienced an uptick of 0.7% in contrast to December 2015, with 4092 sold total this year. In December 2016 there was an improvement of 0.6% in the number of projected properties sold in Frisco. There were 326 projected properties sold total this month. Year to date projected houses sold in Frisco experienced a growth of 1.5%, with 4128 projected total this year. In December 2016 in Frisco the number of new houses saw an uptick of 16.1%, with 238 new houses total this month. Year to date there was a growth of 7.4% in new homes listed in the market. There were 5218 new homes listed in the market total this year. Percent of list price received this month underwent a drop of 0.4%, with 96.5 percent total. The number of percent of asking price received year to date in Frisco was 97.7, a drop of 0.9%.
