Pilot Point Home Sales For December 2016 Are Up 24.4%

This month housing sales reported was higher 24.4% from 2015, with 102 housing sales reported total this month. There were 1240 housing sales recorded year to date, and this was a climb of 19% relative to December last year. This month there was a climb of 39.8% in the number of projected houses sold in Pilot Point. There were 115 projected houses sold total this month. Year to date the number of projected property sales saw a climb of 20.2%, with 1253 projected property sales this year. In Pilot Point this month new homes for sale in the market was 78 total, a slump of 8.2%. Year to date there were 1569 new houses for sale in Pilot Point, and this was an increase of 19.9%. Homes listed under contract in December 2016 grew 69.2% from the same point in time 2015, with 88 homes listed under contract total this month. In Pilot Point there was a climb of 23.1% in listings under contract year to date from 2015. There were 1285 listings under contract this year. In Pilot Point months supply of houses on the market in December 2016 had a decline of 7.6%, with 2.3 months supply total. In December 2016 the number of houses for sale on the market was up 10%, with 242 houses for sale on the market total this month. This month there was an increase of 59.7% in the number of days on market until sale in Pilot Point in contrast to 2015. There were 54 days on market until sale total this month. The total percent of list price received this month saw a decline of 0.7%, with 96.3 percent total. Percent of list price received in Pilot Point year to date reached 97.5, a growth of 0.2%.
