This month the number of homes sold in University Park was at 72 total, a dip of 10% from the same month last year. This month the number of projected home sales reached 81 total, a hike of 1.1%. In University Park projected houses sold year to date reached 863, a slump of 4.5%. In December 2016 there was an improvement of 1466% in the number of new homes for sale in the market. There were 440.0 new homes for sale in the market total this month. Year to date the number of new house listings was at 3.5 total, no change. This month the number of listings under contract reached 36, a dip of 25% from last year. Year to date listings under contract experienced a decline of 7.8% from December last year, with 846 listed on contract total this year. This month months supply of properties on the market was higher 36.1%, with 4.3 months supply of properties on the market total this month. This month there was a climb of 28.6% in the number of homes for sale in the market in University Park. There were 306 homes for sale in the market total this month. There were 73 days on market until sale this month, and this was a gain of 0.9% compared to the same point in time 2015. This month percent of asking price received was 92.5 total, no difference. Percent of list price received year to date had a dip of 0.8%, with 94.0 percent total this year.
