Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Lakeside, CA.
I started my home search with another realtor. I did most of the searching myself and she was late to every single appointment. She continued to show me homes I didn't like, even after having met and looked at homes together previously. Then I switched to Dawn Lewis.
The experience could not have been better. She was on top of everything, was able to customize the search for me after looking at just a few homes, and quickly helped me narrow down my search to an area I hadn't even considered looking in previously. I now have a house I'm very proud of calling my home and I never would have found it or made it through the tough closing process without her. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who will stay on top of things, visit homes you're interested in even if you can't make it, and customize her search just for your taste.
