Selling a home in Carlisle, PA.

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams of Central PA RS334568

I was showing a buyer-client a home I have listed for sale and they offered me a great compliment - "I feel like I already know this home since the photos you posted online are so fantastic!"

How did I get such great photos...??  I hire a professional photographer.

Why do I think it's worth the extra expense...??  In the wise words of Barbara Todaro - "The Eye Buys" ...

Great photography is no longer an 'nice touch' - it is a 'necessity' in my strong opinion.

Being a listing agent is a privilege.  The seller had the option to choose ANY Realtor, and they picked ME, and I said YES

My listing is like my newborn baby - I am proud of my listing and want to 'show-it-off' to the world.  I want the photos to be crisp, clear and powerful!

Professional quality photos pull buyers in the direction of my listing and propel them to schedule a showing!

It's simple - The more showings scheduled = the better the odds of receiving strong offers - and selling the property quickly!

I am honored that you have chosen me to represent your home and I will market your home with professionalism and enthusiasm!

I think top notch photos are huge. I have actually spent quite a bit of spare time take photography classes. The only issue I have had with Professional photos are the guy behind the camera is not a Realtor...I know what sells or does not sell a home. They can often miss crucial selling features that I have to go back for later. I do not have time to follow them around.

Photos are the first viewing, if it is succesful they will book a second showing in person and we don't want them to be disappointed. When I took my own photos I had a similar compliment in such that the buyer said, at least this home looks like the photos and is not disappointing. Some photography can be deceiving, making rooms look large when they are not for example. There is a balance we need to strike between making it look good and showing it as it truly is. Obviously your photographer did a wonderful job.
