There aren't a lot of condominium and townhomes in this area. It's not a popular style of housing that has caught on, so local builders haven't built a lot of them. The highest concentration of townhomes is on the golf course.
Nothing has changed since last month's real estate report on condominiums and townhomes for sale. - There is still one townhome for sale. It's located in the northwest area of Cedaredge and priced at $85,000.
- In the last year five townhomes have sold. Three of them were on the golf course. The average sold price of the golf course townhomes is $185,333. The other two homes are in the northwest area of town and the average sold price for them is $74,250.
The picture shows the Cedaredge Town Park. It's a nice place to take a break or a walk.
Don't let the lack of homes on the market get you discouraged. This area has a fair amount of two bedroom homes that also make a nice townhome or condominium alternative.
