Quail Valley homes were built by Banyan Homes starting in 2000, the last phase was completed in 2005. Though most homesites are under .25 acre, there are some lake front lots with over half an acre. Most homes are ranch style with three bedrooms, two baths with attached two car garages ranging from low of 1100 square feet to 1943 square feet. Quail Valley HOA fees are $288.00 annually, taxes are under $1500.00 for homestead properties. School district for Quail Valley is Minneola, served by Minneola Elementary(Charter School), Grassy Lake Elementary, East Ridge Middle and Lake Minneola High School.
Over the last ten years, Minneola area has shown a great growth with residential as well as commercial developments and continue to grow. Residents don’t have to travel for shopping as well as entertainment, if you have a dog, you would love the visits to Minneola Dog Park, if boating, cycling or running is your passion there are a couple of parks with trails as well.
