First Class

“It’s the little things that make the big things possible.

Only attention to the find details of any operation

makes the operation first class.”

John Willard Marriott 1900 -1985, American

Entrepreneur, Businessman, Founder of the

Marriott Corporation

As I see it . . . . . . .

First class

A first class business model doesn’t happen by happenstance. A first class business is a business with goals . . . . a plan . . . . and the determination to execute their plan to create their desired results.

A first class business will weather the changing market conditions . . . . and become recognized for their business excellence.

A first class business builds their business from the ground up . . . . on a solid foundation of paying attention to the little details. The business that is known for excellence in their business practices  . . . . will standout in the eyes and minds of their customers.

A first class business is a choice . . . . The choice of the operator . . . . to create and maintain a first class business.

Good Morning Lou Ludwig

Attention to the basics is the baseline of excellence in any endeavor. That, and the will to persevere. Your post resonated with me again.

Good morning Lou Ludwig ,

I so agree! A first class business is a choice the owner can make and carry through from its business plan to every small detail. A first class business will stand out in the eyes and minds of their customers.

Great post, Lou Ludwig and important to note is that the first class target continues to demand for more improvement as competition keeps pace.

A first class business is also obvious to an outsider, even if the outsider cannot express why it is so.
