I am always looking into new (to me) products in order for me to provide the best services to our clients. I took the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) class in Columbus Ohio yesterday.
Although I have been in the business for several years, I am always open to new ideas pertaining to marketing, etc.
I will say, the class provided some new information, but, it also reaffirmed what I already knew.
Something that I did not know and you might be interested in learning; a closet is no longer a requirement of Fannie Mae in order for a room to be counted as a "bedroom."
The main reason for my post is to ask you, my colleagues something. Have you ever subscribed to Cloud CMA? If so, I'd love to hear your feedback, pros/cons, etc.
This was brought up in our classroom yesterday and I heard some very nice things about it and I wanted to check with you too.
Also, does anyone know where I can find a discount or promo code for this?
