Wyndham Hill in Frederick CO keeps growing and growing, mainly through the Richmond Homes builder. Lennar built on a small area on the west side of Wyndham Hill, but will discontinue building new homes there soon and are now on a close-out mode. Richmond continues to expand toward the East as they continually acquire land and develop new lots for their homes.
The ranch model, Alcott, that Richmond has offered from the very beginning, is now listed at $415,000 without a finished basement. The main level is around 1900 sq. ft. with a full unfinished basement of another 1900 sq. ft. This is extremely good news for the owners who bought this model 2-3 years ago, when they were paying generally in the high $200K's to the low $300K's.
A new Lennar two story is now listed at $425,200, which has a total of 4702 sq. ft., with finished sq. ft. of 2351. Values continue to rise there as well.
The first multi-family housing in Wyndham Hill is now under construction offering luxury townhomes priced in the low $300K's. More info. on that later.
Wyndham Hill is still a very value and the location is killer, with an easy 20-25 min. commute to Denver, an easy 20-25 min commute to Boulder, and an easy 30 min. commute to Ft. Collins.
