Blossom Glen is a community of 110 homes constructed between the years 2000 and 2003 and it is located at the northern border of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio a convenient commute to either Cleveland or Akron.
The homes are all two story designs and range in size from 2,400 sq. ft. to over 5,300 sq. ft. All homes have side entry garages and approximately one half acre lots. There are some models with first floor master bedroom suites. The homes all feature the open floor plan design so popular with today's home buyers including two story foyers, vaulted family rooms, morning rooms and oversized master suites.
Prices on these homes have ranged from the mid $200,000's to over $400,000. My family and I have lived here since 2002 and I can say it's a great neighborhood to be part of.
