Tip of the week when building or buying a new home

Dale, great use of video, and buying a new home can be challenging until you find just the right lot!  

Location is everyting Dale. Also making sure the lot you pick is free from defects is important. When we bought our lot we found out too late that it had a dry river bed about three feet down. It cost us a mint to do the footers. Lesson learned -- the hard & expensive way
