Check out that weather for Chicago...70 degrees today ! (yesterday since its after midnite)... Well whats the surprise...The Cubs won the World Series so anything goes !!
The streets were filled with shoppers in t-shirts, shorts. sneakers, and the motorcycles and lambos were kicking the carbon out of their valves...wow !
Perfect day for me to show off this city to a prospective buyer ! Weather does have an influence !! Everyone smiling,. roller skating, musicians on the street corner...photos of tall buildings...and even ice skating at the Daily Park;..gosh all that was missing were all the yachts at harbors in Lake Michigan...
There are tremendous deals in this big city market...some co ops or condos have views out of this world..
so many new developments going up....Chicago is ready for buyers...come in and see how this city has so much to offer....and "with it's big shoulders'...we can now brag about the weather !! (at least for the next 7 days)...
Reminder...it's February...dress warm ! Coming to Chicago...Think Spring !
