In our industry there truly no measurement to see who is the best . What I have done is gone over our work, reviews, customer service, the vaule customers pay and what they get for that money, and referals. Granite Heroes has been getting a lot of popularity over the last two years. This did not happen over night. There has been a lot of hard work put in by our Master Stone Technicians, customer service and operations people.
We strive to do excellent work each and every time. We also strive to deliver the best customer service to our clients. One of the things we developed is a maintenance program. We are very upfront with our clients and we explain to them how a maintenance program may be beneficial for them. Once a clients accepts we have gained a client for life, we become there go to company for all the natural stone work. 8 out 10 times those same clients will refer us a client we do work for.
So our average review ratng on all platforms we are at 4.5 out of 5. I have put an internal plan on how we can get to 4.8. We need to set short term goals before we hit our long term goal.. I also researched the number of referals we have received and how they have increased. Lastly, the work that was done. Are clients fully satisfied.
One of the biggest things that sets us a part from our competition is knowledge of the stones, and how great our work tourns out. I love to see customers reaction when they see final product. Some show it a lot more then others but it is always the same answer..WOW.
