Five bedroom homes give the owners a lot of possibilities. The rooms can be used for more than sleeping. They make great home offices, hobby rooms and can also be used for storage.
There aren't a lot of five bedroom homes on the market in the Cedaredge area at this time. This report will cover Cedaredge and the surrounding small towns of Austin, Eckert and Cory. It will also cover cabins on Grand Mesa.
There are three active listings, and one that is under contract pending a sale.
Because there aren't a lot of homes on the market and the homes vary so much, I will break down the active listings one by one. There is a Grand Mesa cabin priced at $299,000. There's a large home on acreage priced at $389,900. This one is in Austin. The last home is a custom built home on 51 acres with an extensive horse setup and great views. It's priced at $1.55 million.
Five bedroom homes aren't that common in this area, but they do come on the market. At this time the number of active listings is very low throughout the area. Our market is experiencing the same problem of low inventory that so many markets across the country are facing.
