I think the #1 challenge working with Buyers in 2017 is to get them motivated enough to live in the Real World instead of the Virtual World.
Lets face it the Virtual World can be quite appealing and quite compelling but its not the Real World and I am not sure why young buyers want to reside in the Virtual World.
A virtual life is easier than real life, but it is really no life at all
Why would anyone rather play a computer game about the countryside than get out and enjoy it?
So here is my advise to young buyers caught up in the Virtual vs Real life drama... Get out and smell the real roses.
By that I mean get out and look for a real home... look at the neighborhood... schools... get in touch with all of your senses when out looking... feel, smell, hear, see, listen
Because
these senses are real and is what you should be using to base your decision on whether to buy a home.
