Stony Creek Littleton is a fabulous location for living within the Metro Denver area.  It’s close to the mountains with beautiful views, parks, shopping, highways, reservoir and water sports, bike trails, major cross streets, restaurants and a 20-30 minute drive to downtown Denver.  Since it is such a lovely place to live, it’s not a shock that houses don’t stay on the market long around here.  Below shows the average time that houses have stayed on the market in the Stony Creek area.

As you can see, these supposed winter months (who can tell with this weather!) have shown an increase in the days on market, but as the months turn into spring and summer, the houses will start to fly which is typical for all housing markets in the metro-Denver area.  The best way to make sure house does not stay on the market too long is to price it appropriately, make sure it is well kept and maintained and keep it clean for showings.  Real Estate agents can really assist in making sure you have the best opportunity to sell your house for the most amount of money and the least amount of time.

If you or anyone you know is thinking about buying or selling their home, I would love to help you through that process.  I not only work in the Stony Creek area, I live here too!  I believe this is an absolutely great place to live! Just call Julie! 720-260-1180
