The Littleton Stony Creek neighborhood has several different “mini” neighborhoods within itself. The following is a conglomerate of all the “mini” neighborhoods combined. The graph breaks down by month, how many new listings showed up in the MLS each month. It shows fairly steady between 5-8 new listings each month except for the month of June which sky-rocketed to 15 new listings.
