Homesnap’s latest app update includes a complete revamp of the News Feed (the bottom-left tab in the app). This enhancement filters the firehose, cherry-picks only the most relevant updates and delivers them to you in real time. It’s like a social media news feed just for real estate info. Not only will you see price and status changes that are relevant to your listings, homes you favorite and the homes your clients favorite, but you will also be notified of the properties your clients favorite in the app.
Consider a client who is looking for a 2-bedroom home. You see in your News Feed that they favorite a listing with 3 bedrooms. Send the listing to your client with a note. “Hey Jeff, I saw that you’re interested in this home. Are you considering 3 bedrooms now as well?”
Since your client favorited that home, you’ll be notified of any price changes or if it goes under contract. It’s all automatic — you don’t have to do a thing!
You can also designate ZIP codes to monitor in the News Feed. Just tap the three dots on the top-right of any update in your feed, then select “Update my ZIP codes.”
Every morning, Homesnap will send you the latest updates via email so you’re aware of the most recent activity before you start the day.
