Have you ever stopped to think about how many people we employ as Real Estate Agents?
We may not fill out all their w-2's but without a Realtor,
they'd have far less work coming through their business.
We are the splash, that starts the ripple effect of commerce and growth for many businesses!
I just answered Donna Foerster's Q&A question about "who is on my team?"
I was stunned to realize all the folks that make money every time (most of them) I close an escrow.
I have my in house team, my virtual assistant and my go to support professionals...
- My Coach
- My Mentor
- My Attorney
- My Buyers Agent
- My shared TC but with a small exclusive group
- My North County Coastal Partner
- My (deep) East County Partner
- My North East-Inland County Partner
- My Temecula/Riverside County Partner
- Marketing Dept.
- Virtual Assistant
- Termite Inspector
- Chimney Inspector
- Chimney Repairman
- Home Warranty Rep
- Insurance Guy
- Wealth Adviser
- and a few I'm sure I'm forgetting...I'm loyal, most of the above have been with me 10 years+
Then there's all the other entities that make money off a transaction like ActiveRain, Coaching ompanies, Website companies, (any) Tech that services Realtors, NAR and State & local Associations and Boards, County Clerks, County Tax Collector, Uncle Sam, Couriers, Disclosure People, Mold Remediation & Inspection, Surveyors, Septic Tank Inspectors, Property Management Companies and HOA's, our Broker and their staff, all the people that sell gift items (close of escrow gifts)... the list goes on and on.
So never under-value what you do and all who you do it for; you are the splash that creates the ripple effect of commerce. That's why sales is the noblest profession in the world; nothing happens- no commerce, no economy, until something is sold!
