Hey Dick Greenberg sorry for the delayed response. Wow, those are some interesting stats. Would be interesting to know how many markets look like yours. Could suggest that there are markets where the stats look much different than the national figures (i.e. with more foreclosures), but that they are hard to view as other markets with below-average foreclosures obscure them in the data.
