What's gonna stop us now? The Dow closed Thursday with a 30+ point gain, to hit a 10th record closing high in a row matching the best streak of consecutive records since 1987. Will buyers be driving the market higher, cashing in gains to buy homes this year.... soon??

Libby, I think I know the reason for the spectacular rise of the DOW. I got rid of all my stocks at the end of October!
It will be interesting to see how things are this summer!

Please share your thoughts - I still own some stocks and am pleased of course to
see the rise in value, but am teetering myself on cashing in and buying another rental property or perhaps finally paying off my own home. Thoughts?
