I've used video for years now to market my listings and market myself. I can emphatically say video works. Not only does video have the capacity to elicit more emotions in a buyer than a photo but you can really tell the story and get buyers emotionally attracted to your listings. Time and time again my properties draw more attention than a listing with some bad photos and a sign. Get with it gang – it’s worth every dollar spent. Plus, it's content for marketing in SOCIAL MEDIA.
I agree Charlie, video is essential in our line of work. So much more can be conveyed to a potential buyer thru video as opposed to just pictures.
