When it comes to lisitng a home, there is somewhat of a science to it. Homes are tyically listed on either Thursday or Friday. The reason for this is that a good agent does not want the home on the market for even 1 day longer than necessary. Most showings are done on Friday evening and Saturday, even some Sunday's are good showing days (especially with football season being over).
