In Irving there were 96 property sales reported in January 2017, which was a decline of 15% relative to 2016. Year to date the number of residential property sales reached 96 total, a down-slide of 15% in contrast to January last year. In January 2017 projected housing sales fell 4.5%, with 108 projected housing sales this month. In Irving year to date the number of projected property sales underwent a fall of 4.5%, with 108 projected total this year. New homes for sale in the market in January 2017 saw a fall of 3.7%, with 183 new homes for sale in the market this month. In Irving there were 183 new homes listed year to date, which was a decrease of 3.7%. The number of contract listings this month reached 131, a fall of 12.7% from January last year. The number of houses listed under contract year to date reached 131 total, a dip of 12.7% compared to January last year. In January 2017 months supply of inventory in Irving went down 28.4%, with 1.6 months supply of inventory this month. In January 2017 in Irving the number of units for sale saw a down-slide of 25.8%, with 253 listed total. There were 43 days on market until sale in January 2017, and this was a drop of 14.7% relative to 2016. In Irving this month the total percent of asking price received was higher 0.6%, with 97.8 percent of asking price received this month. In Irving year to date percent of asking price received reached 97.8, a climb of 0.6%.
