There were 1.4 months supply of houses on the market in January 2017, which was a growth of 20%. This month there was a rise of 15.6% in residential properties for sale on the market in Plano. There were 451 residential properties for sale on the market total this month. In January 2017 there was an improvement of 11.5% in the number of days on market until sale in Plano from January last year. There were 48 days on market until sale total this month. The total percent of original asking price received this month saw a dip of 0.2%, with 97.1 percent of original asking price received total this month. Percent of original list price received year to date reached 97.1, a decline of 0.2%.
