Princeton Residential Property Sales For January 2017 Are Higher 16.7%

In January 2017 there was an increase of 16.7% in the number of reported properties sold in Princeton from 2016. There were 14 reported properties sold total this month. New houses in the market year to date showed a slump of 17.4%, with 19 newly listed total this year. The number of contract listings this month experienced a down-slide of 5.3% from the same time of year 2016, with 18 listed on a contract total. There were 18 listings under contract year to date, which was a decrease of 5.3% from January last year. This month the number of approximate months supply of units on the market saw a dip of 59.3%, with 0.9 approximate months supply of units on the market this month. This month homes for sale in Princeton was 25 total, a fall of 32.4%. The number of days on market until sale in January 2017 in Princeton reached 30, a down-slide of 6.8% from January 2016. Percent of asking price received in Princeton this month was down 0.3%, with 98.1 percent of asking price received this month. Year to date percent of original asking price received was lower 0.3%, with 98.1 percent of original asking price received this year.
