In January 2017 in Prosper property sales recorded underwent a growth of 17.9% compared to January 2016, with 46 sold total. Homes sold year to date saw a gain of 17.9% in contrast to the same point in time last year, with 46 sold total this year. This month there was a rise of 89% in the number of days on market until sale in Prosper from 2016. There were 12.2 days on market until sale total this month. The total percent of original list price received in January 2017 in Prosper was 94.7, a fall of 0.9%. The number of percent of list price received year to date saw a dip of 0.9%, with 94.7 percent of list price received this year.
