Just wondering if it would be cheaper and faster to build. If it LOOKS like a wall it will deter the Mexicans while the much, much more intelligent wildlife/animals and such can still travel as needed.

How else are they going to do it? 2000+ miles long etc. Isn't China's wall 5500 miles or something? It took them 1700 years to build it too.
